# Team settings

> Edit your team's profile, appearance, booking limits, privacy and round-robin settings, or disband the team.

Each team has its own section under **Settings**. Open it from **Settings** in the left sidebar, then find the team under **Teams**. You can also open the menu on a team on the [**Teams**](https://app.cal.com/teams) page and select **Edit team**.

Most settings can only be changed by team owners and admins.

## Profile

Edit the **Team name**, **About** text, logo and **Team URL**. The copy button next to the URL copies the team's public page link.

The **Danger zone** at the bottom lets you **Leave team**, or **Disband team** if you are the owner. Disbanding removes the team's booking links and memberships and can't be undone. If the team has its own subscription, you are asked why you're leaving before you confirm, and the subscription is cancelled.

## Members

See every member with their role and when they were last active. Click **Add** to invite people. See [Invite team members](/help/teams/invite-team-members.md).

## Appearance

Owners and admins can set the team's **Booking page theme** (light, dark or system), turn on **Custom brand colors** for light and dark themes, and, on eligible plans, **Disable Cal.com branding** on the team's booking pages.

## Billing and plans

Owners and admins of a team that is not part of an organization can manage the team's subscription under **Billing** and **Plans**.

| Setting | What it does |
| - | - |
| Limit booking frequency | Caps how many times members can be booked per day, week, month or year across all of the team's booking links. Turn on **Include booking counts from managed booking links** to count managed links too. |
| Internal cancellation notes presets | Saves preset internal notes your team can pick when cancelling a booking, each with an optional reason shared with the customer. |
| Make team private | Hides the member list from other members of the team. |
| User impersonation | Lets the team's owners and admins sign in as you to help with your setup. Each member controls this for themselves. |
| Weighted Round Robin | For [weighted round-robin](/help/event-types/round-robin.md#weights): choose the **Booking count reset interval** (daily or monthly) and whether to **Count bookings based on** booking creation time or meeting start time. |
